Your details.
Handled with care.
2 Blokes Design uses the details you provide to review your audit request and contact you about the service.
What we collect
The signup form collects your name, email address, optional website or Instagram link, the tech issue you select and your permission to contact you. We also save the time of the request and any campaign labels in the link that brought you here.
How we use it
Jason and Daniel use this information to arrange an audit conversation, assess whether we can help and follow up on your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a paid service or a marketing newsletter.
Understanding the website
We use PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the United States, to understand how visitors use the site. PostHog records the pages you view, the buttons you click, the form steps you reach, page performance and errors, and the website or campaign that referred you. It uses a first-party cookie to recognize a returning browser. We may record anonymous session replays to fix usability problems. Everything you type into forms is masked and never recorded in replays. When you submit an audit request, we link these visits to your email address so we can understand which pages helped. We also record when we email you, whether you reply and your stage in our sign-up process. We don't sell this data or use it for advertising. To opt out, block cookies for this site or email us and we'll delete your analytics profile. A random identifier and headline variant are also kept in your browser's session storage for our own first-party event log, which never contains your name, email, website or form text.
The public website checker
If you use the report’s website checker, we request your public homepage and inspect a limited amount of HTML to identify its platform and a few basic settings. We save the submitted domain, selected specialty and state, platform, check results, dates, repeat-check count and campaign labels in Cloudflare D1 so Jason and Daniel can review interest in the service. We remove paths, queries and login details from the stored website address. We do not store the returned page content. If you supply an optional email address, we also save your permission and its time; we only follow up by email with that permission. A comparison does not subscribe you or take payment. The website you ask us to check receives a request from our server. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers limit abuse. Cloudflare D1 holds our historical research using domain hashes, platform, state, specialty and response categories. The comparison can match your submitted domain to that October record. The research downloads contain aggregates only, with no individual business or contact details.
Other tools
When you submit a website check or ask us to review a software bill, we save the domain, answers or expenses you send, the result and campaign labels in Cloudflare D1. Optional email uses the permission you give in the form. Browser checks open public pages without logging in or submitting contact forms. The speed reference set contains measured timings under domain hashes; public charts show aggregate results.
Hosting and security
The website and saved requests are hosted on Cloudflare. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit automated abuse. Access to saved signup and funnel reports requires a private admin credential. We use PostHog in the United States as a sub-processor for analytics, session replay and outreach-stage reporting. We do not sell your personal information. Pipeline leads that never visited the site may become analytics profiles from outreach data under legitimate-interest B2B processing.
Retention and requests
We keep audit requests and website comparison leads while handling your enquiry and any service relationship. If you want a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email jason@2blokesdesign.com or reply in your audit conversation. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
No payment details here
This form does not collect card details or take payment. Any subscription, billing and cancellation terms are agreed separately before payment.
